We're Looking For

Graduate of a Board of Nursing–approved nursing program

Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience

Active, unrestricted RN license (multi-state compact and/or state-specific as applicable)

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and ability to adapt across multiple units

Preferred

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

What You'll Do

Deliver safe, patient-centered critical care using the nursing process, clinical judgment, and evidence-based practice—monitoring complex patient conditions, administering treatments, and adapting care across multiple Med Surg settings.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across units to drive optimal outcomes—promoting safety, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting communication and delegation, and maintaining flexibility to meet patient care needs.
