About this role
This position is an extension of the Director of Nursing/Residential Service to provide leadership and supervision of an assigned cottage within the Nursing/Residential Department. This position accomplishes care through supervision, support and assistance to RN's, other Nursing/Residential staff and other team members. Additionally, this position provides administrative guidance during off duty hours as needed and supports treatment of clients that is family driven and youth guided.
