About this role
Sycamore Heights Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join their clinical team. The RN will deliver high-quality resident care, support care teams, and create a positive experience for residents and families. Responsibilities include consulting and coordinating with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans; preparing and administering prescribed medications; educating patients on surgical procedures; recording medical information and vital signs; monitoring specialized equipment; providing bedside care; changing dressings, inserting catheters, starting IVs; responding to life-saving situations; and participating in discharge planning.
Shift types include Day and Night shifts with Full-time, Part-time, and PRN available. Requirements include a current RN license in the state, up-to-date first aid and CPR certification, and at least one year of RN experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.
