Brings at least 1 year of related nursing experience. Holds an active Arizona RN license. Has an Associate Degree in Nursing or higher. Holds Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively. Demonstrates strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills. Is comfortable advocating for patients and speaking up for safety. Enjoys mentoring, teaching, and supporting teammates. Believes excellent nursing care starts with compassion, respect, and listening.
