Worth asking
Which differentials apply for this shift, unit, weekends, holidays, or call?
What are the weekends, holidays, call, and rotation requirements?
What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
What patient load should I expect, how is floating handled, and what staffing support is typical?
The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.

Living in Freeport, ME
Freeport is a small coastal Maine town known for its outlet shopping and the flagship L.L. Bean store, open 24/7. It offers a quiet, maritime atmosphere with easy access to Casco Bay and Portland, about 20 minutes south. A solid pick for nurses who prefer a slower-paced, scenic setting over city density.
