About this role
We are a compassionate health system dedicated to promoting wellness and supporting patients throughout their health journey. This RN position provides general nursing care in diverse, acute care settings, including 24/7 operations.
The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while delegating tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
Responsibilities include performing health assessments (30%), planning and documenting care (30%), evaluating responses and revising plans (20%), participating in process improvements (10%), and supporting operational needs (10%).
Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, Ohio RN licensure, BLS certification, with a BSN required within five years.
