Job Summary
Central Continuing Care is seeking a reliable LPN Traveler for a Day Shift Long-Term Care assignment. The LPN will provide nursing care to residents in an LTC/nursing home setting while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.
Requirements
Active LPN license
Long-Term Care / Nursing Home experience
Comfortable working 12-hour Day shifts
Willing to work every other weekend
Available for the 36/48-hour schedule
Experience with PCC / PointClickCare charting preferred/required
Reliable and able to work the scheduled rotation
