About this role

Ferny Fertility New York, a boutique-style fertility center located in the heart of Manhattan, is looking for a front desk receptionist/administrative assistant to join our growing team.

We are looking for an efficient candidate who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-person position, so being able to commute to NYC every day is a must.

  • Help providers record patient's notes and history
  • Inputting data
  • Check patients in and out
  • Chart Review and auditing

  • Manage patient flow
  • Collect payments
  • Schedule patients
  • Receive incoming calls and redirect them as needed
  • Ensure that patient records are accurate and complete and all relevant documents scanned in
  • Provide referrals to patients
  • Perform various administrative tasks as assigned

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant working experience required. Some college education with 1 year of working experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Flexible hours - must be available early morning and early evening
  • Computer proficiency required, especially Google Suite
  • Fluency in Spanish
