About this role
We are seeking experienced, compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Medical Specialties team.
Responsibilities include delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, educate patients and families, utilize critical thinking and evidence-based practices, and accurately document care in compliance with standards.
Other duties involve fostering teamwork, safety, and service excellence, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and mentoring or precepting colleagues.
Qualifications
ADN or nursing school graduate; BSN preferred.
Minimum of one year of relevant RN experience in acute care.
Current Georgia RN license or eligibility via Nurse Licensure Compact.
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
