About this role
Busy ambulatory surgery center looking for an experienced RN Circulator. Applicant must have a positive attitude and be able to work well with others.
The RN Circulator plays a critical role in the surgical process and will be responsible for:

- Escorting patients safely to the operating room and ensuring comfort throughout the pre-op process.
- Preparing patients for surgical procedures, including verification of medical history, allergies, and surgical consents.
- Monitoring and documenting patient vitals preoperatively, intraoperatively, and postoperatively.
- Assisting the surgeon and scrub techs during procedures by anticipating needs, maintaining a sterile field, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
- Advocating for patient safety and ensuring compliance with all infection control standards and surgical protocols.
- Providing compassionate post-operative care, monitoring recovery, and supporting patients as they transition to discharge.
- Educating patients and family members on post-operative instructions, aftercare, and recovery expectations.
- Completing and organizing discharge paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborating with the surgical team to promote efficiency, safety, and a supportive care environment.

*Six days on / Six days off* rotation
- Holiday coverage may be required on a rotating basis
- Competitive pay offered, commensurate with experience
- First two weeks of training will be held in our central location in Tifton, GA.
*Qualifications*
- Current *Georgia RN license* in good standing (required)
- Minimum of *1–2 years of circulating experience* in an OR setting preferred (ambulatory surgery experience a plus)
- BLS and ACLS certification (Must have)
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, infection control standards, and patient safety practices
- Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills
- Compassionate bedside manner with a focus on patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in a busy surgical environment
