Care IV Home Health in Conway, Arkansas is currently seeking Private Duty Nurses (RN/LPN) to join their team. Private duty nursing involves providing complete nursing care for a single patient throughout a shift, catering to both pediatric and adult patients, day and night, with 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts. Whether you're a new graduate or a seasoned nurse, this role provides better patient relationships, work/life balance, and schedule flexibility. Private duty nurses adhere to a one patient/one nurse model.

Requirements

  • RN: No experience required - new grad RNs accepted
  • LPN: Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred, but not necessarily required
  • Active and in good standing RN or LPN license with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
  • Assessments
  • Administering medication
  • Feedings
  • Suctioning
  • Monitoring Vitals
