About this role

Imperial, a Villa Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will be assuming responsibility and accountability for a group of residents for a shift of duty. Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care. Duties include providing licensed care to assigned residents, maintaining clean work areas, taking and recording vital signs, administering IV therapy and respiratory care, charting nurses notes, ensuring resident safety, monitoring ancillary services, communicating with residents and families, implementing care plans, ensuring infection control compliance, and adhering to HIPAA policies.
