About this role
This is a Full-Time Weekend On-Call Position with benefits. Legacy Family Hospice is proud to be family owned and operated. Responsibilities include providing emergency, PRN, routine, and admission visits, assuming primary responsibility for hospice patients during on-call hours, ongoing assessments of physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs, and developing care plans with palliative nursing interventions. Schedule is every weekend Friday 5pm - Monday 8am.

Requirements
- RN
- Driver's License
- Hold a current unencumbered license as a RN
- Hospice health experience preferred but not required
- Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including background in EMR
- Possess and maintains current CPR certification
