About this role

Lead RN position at Medical City Plano. Oversees daily operations consistent with departmental goals, monitors orientation of new staff, serves as primary point of contact in absence of TC leadership, assists management with scheduling, responsible for QA/QI of data, monitors call queue for the Transfer Center, plays vital role in emergency operations, and works as liaison between staff and leadership.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
  • Bachelor of Nursing preferred
  • Prior management/supervisory experience in a healthcare related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience (required)
  • Critical Care or Emergency Department experience preferred
  • RN License in the states where HCA facilities are located
  • Multi-state license required if Transfer Center covers more than a single state (may be obtained upon hire)
  • 12 Hour Shifts - Required
