About this role
ICU Float Pool RN position at HCA Florida Ocala Hospital. The nurse will float between several different areas across the nursing spectrum, serving as patient and family advocate, facilitating patient care through nursing assessments and diagnosis, and providing plan-based care with continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required
- Associate Degree, BSN preferred
- 2 years of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (AHA) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days of hire
- Rotating weekends, Day shift
- No Travel Required
