Day to day: Execute tailored care plans based on physician orders while incorporating insights from initial assessments
Day to day: Collaborate closely with fellow nurses, PTs, STs, and OTs You will collaborate closely with fellow nurses, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.

We are looking for someone with exceptional skills in physical assessment and communication, enabling you to execute tailored care plans based on physician orders while incorporating insights from initial assessments. You will collaborate closely with fellow nurses, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
