Nurse Educator - Emergency Department ( RN )

Our Emergency Department Nurse Educator will: Provide specialized clinical expertise and skill, acting as a support person and role model for the nursing staff; Serve as a clinical resource to staff in the application of relevant research findings to practice; Assess clinical skills and learning needs of the nursing staff; Collaborate with leadership and nursing preceptors in evaluating and promoting development amongst the nursing staff; Participate in the development of policies, procedures, and standards of patient care relevant to clinical practice; Manage education of staff, including employees' orientation to the unit, standards of care, and competencies, as well as continuing education and in-service programs for the Department of Nursing; Design, plan, and implement a criteria-based staff development program to meet the clinical needs of all nursing car
