  • Current RN license in state of employment
  • Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or graduated from an approved RN program
  • Current RN license in state of employment
  • Active CPR certification
  • BLS certification
  • Knowledgeable about specific state laws and regulations governing practice
  • Satisfactory completion of initial and annual clinical competencies
