Join our team at Buckingham Valley Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a 130-bed facility in Newtown, Pennsylvania, where we prioritize Resident-Centered Care and Rapid Recovery Programs. As a Registered Nurse (RN) Assistant Director of Nursing, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily nursing operations, supporting staff development, and promoting regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing daily nursing operations
  • Support preparation and participation in state and federal surveys
  • Monitor QI/QM data and survey reports; provide recommendations for improvement
  • Serve on the Quality Assurance and Assessment Committee
  • Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Assist with discharge planning coordination
  • Support staff development and regulatory compliance initiatives

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)
  • Previous Supervisor experience
