Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily nursing operations
- Support preparation and participation in state and federal surveys
- Monitor QI/QM data and survey reports; provide recommendations for improvement
- Serve on the Quality Assurance and Assessment Committee
- Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Assist with discharge planning coordination
- Support staff development and regulatory compliance initiatives

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)
- Previous Supervisor experience
