Registered Nurse (RN) Manager - Surgical Specialties

Nurse Manager - Wound Care, General Surgery, and Plastic Surgery Clinics 40 hours per week Administers an assigned nursing program or organizational unit with responsibility for planning, selecting, and/or devising the methods and policies/procedures to be used and for directing nursing supervisors and/or other personnel in the accomplishment of designated goals. Negotiates interdepartmental resources, communicates and plans with managers of staff in other departments to ensure effective level of service to the unit/program. Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required. Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) with 2 years of clinical experience and demonstrated leadership ability required. Masters of Science Degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred. Certification in a specialty preferred. Licensed Registered Nurse with New Hampshire eligibilty. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate required. Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN) within one year of hire date.
