About this role

\*Overview\* We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality patient care and possess a diverse skill set to contribute effectively to our medical facility. \*Responsibilities\* - Conduct comprehensive health assessments - Develop and implement patient care plans - Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results - Provide treatment for acute and chronic illnesses - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals - Educate patients on health management and preventive care strategies - Maintain accurate medical records \*Qualifications\* - Possess a valid Nurse Practitioner license - Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program - Experience in case management- Familiarity with electronic health record systems - Proficiency in patient assessment, and adhering to medical standards

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $99,703.00 - $102,884.00 per year
