Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based nursing care that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and assess health status.
Coordinate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.
Support discharge planning and ensure safety and quality standards are upheld.
