Confidence in Home Care LLC is expanding our services and is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Registered Nurse to join our growing team as a Supervising RN for our Skilled Home Health division.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced home-health nurse who would like to help build a growing clinical program from the ground up.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Indiana RN license in good standing Minimum 2 years of nursing experience Supervisory or administrative nursing experience Skilled home health experience strongly preferred OASIS experience strongly preferred Knowledge of plans of care, physician/provider orders and skilled nursing documentation Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid home-health requirements preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Dependable, professional and comfortable working with a growing agency

Responsibilities May Include

• Providing clinical supervision and oversight Reviewing plans of care and clinical documentation Completing or overseeing skilled nursing assessments OASIS documentation and review, as applicable Supervising nursing and home-health-aide services Assisting with clinical policies and procedures Participating in quality assurance and performance improvement activities Helping maintain clinical compliance and survey readiness Providing skilled nursing visits as patient census grows Supporting the development of Confidence in Home Care’s skilled home-health program

Important Pre-Launch Information

Confidence in Home Care is currently developing and preparing for the expansion of our skilled home-health services. This position will initially be PRN with limited hours based on available pre-opening work and agency needs.

Patient-care hours will increase as required approvals are obtained and skilled patients are admitted. Full-time hours are not guaranteed at startup.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us, not simply fill a position.
