What this might mean for you

Indian Health Service is hiring for its own floors — no agency between you and the manager. Per-diem means you set the rhythm — pick up when it works, step back when it doesn't.

What the posting states

Base pay
$90k–$118k/yr

Worth asking

  • Which shift, weekend, holiday, or call differentials apply?
  • Which shifts are open, and what are the weekend, holiday, call, and rotation requirements?
  • What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
  • How are patient load, floating, and staffing support handled day to day?

The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.
