Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing physical examinations, and assisting with activities of daily living.
- Trach & G-Tube management proficiency.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and changes in health status.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records.
Requirements
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (RN) license in [VA].
- Experience in pediatric care preferred.
- Proficient in airway management techniques.
