The RN Telemetry team at Frye Regional Medical Center offers a supportive, team-oriented culture where nurses collaborate closely to provide exceptional cardiac and telemetry care. The 24- Bed unit features self-scheduling, 12-hour shifts, and every-other-weekend rotation, helping promote flexibility and work-life balance. Nurses gain valuable experience caring for a diverse patient population while working alongside experienced leaders and a strong interdisciplinary team.

How you’ll contribute
A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:
Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
What we’re looking for
Applicants should have a current state RN license. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Additional requirements include:
Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
One year of experience preferred (Telemetry or Cardiac)
