As an ER Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients in the emergency room. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best outcomes for patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with team members in patient care
- Administering prescribed medications and treatments according to nursing standards
- Documenting care according to standards of care
- Performing assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care
- Developing and executing individualized patient care plans
- Participating in performance improvement activities and shared governance
- Providing clinical expertise and guidance to other units
- Utilizing critical thinking for patient safety and experience
- Engaging in professional nursing activities and peer review processes
Requirements for this position include
- WI RN Licensure
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications
- TNCC or TNS certification
- Need 1 year experience in setting
