We are looking for a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This position would be responsible for providing quality care and home health nursing care services under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

What You'll Do

Bringing care plans to life under the guidance of an RN

Teaching and supporting patients with preventative and recovery care

Ensuring services meet the highest standards of quality and compassion

Collaborating with doctors, nurses, and other care professionals

Maintaining patient safety, documentation, and infection control standards

Helping patients regain independence and dignity—one visit at a time

What You’ll Bring

You’re not just a nurse—you’re a difference-maker. Here’s what we’re looking for:

A graduate of an NLN-accredited LPN program with an active NJ LPN license

2+ years of med/surg or acute care experience (homecare/hospice a plus!)

Strong communication, time management, and tech skills

A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a willingness to travel

A heart for care and a passion for helping others thrive
