\* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and needs. \* Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses. \* Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols. \* Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. \* Provide education and counseling to patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
- Skills required to work in critical care area as defined by unit
- Excellent organization and interpersonal communication skills
- Basic computer skills – must be able to navigate Microsoft windows based programs
