Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Acute Care
Glendive Medical Center | Glendive, Montana Full-Time | Three 12-Hour Shifts per Week | Starting Wage: $26.14+/hour (based on experience and internal equity) + applicable differentials

Glendive Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Long-Term Care team. In this role, you'll provide direct nursing care, support resident health and well-being, and work closely with providers, residents, families, and fellow caregivers to deliver high-quality care.
About the Role
As an LPN at GMC, you will provide direct patient care and assist in coordinating treatment plans under the direction of Registered Nurses and healthcare providers.
What You'll Do
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare team members
Perform nursing procedures, including wound care, catheter care, tube feedings, and other treatments within scope of practice
Assess resident needs and contribute to care planning and ongoing evaluations
Document resident care and clinical observations accurately and timely
Respond to resident requests and provide compassionate support
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care
Supervise and provide guidance to CNAs and other direct care staff
Ensure compliance with nursing standards, facility policies, and safety regulations

Required Qualifications
Current Montana LPN License or Compact LPN license
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Schedule Details
Full-time, three 12-hour shifts
Weekend and holiday rotation required
