Mandatory Requirements to Apply: Active Registered Nurse (RN) License, Recent Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience, Current BLS Certification, Current ACLS Certification, Strong critical care assessment and clinical decision-making skills, Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Preferred Qualifications: Previous travel nursing experience, Experience caring for critically ill adult patients, Strong communication and teamwork skills. Roles & Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit, Perform ongoing patient assessments and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition, Administer medications IV therapies blood products and other critical care treatments, Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans, Maintain accurate electronic documentation while ensuring compliance with patient safety and quality standards. 13-Week Travel Contract, Night Shift, 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week, Compensation up to $2,700 per week.
