Assignment Overview Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs Hours: 36 hrs/wk Start Date: Aug 31, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 American Traveler is hiring an LPN for a long-term care/skilled nursing facility, requiring 1+ year of experience and current LPN license (if applicable).
Details Work in a 128-bed long-term care/skilled nursing facility within a post-acute care setting Care for patients with all diagnoses on the LTC/SNF unit Patient ratio of 1:32 Uses Point Click Care (PCC) as the charting system Scheduled for 12-hour night shifts (6p-6a) Requires every third weekend and every third holiday coverage No on-call or call-back requirements Requirements Current LPN license required if applicable Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience Current BLS certification required IV-Certification preferred Valid driver's license required for consideration Two professional references required: one supervisor reference from within the last 12 months worked and one peer or supervisor reference from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire Additional Information Complete facility-specific orientation pathway with GSS staff prior to starting patient care First-time travelers may be considered for this position Local candidates accepted at applicable local rate Position eligible for travel rate for candidates residing outside an 80-mile radius
