Together, we can make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families. What you'd do as the Hospice Nurse - RN - 7D on/7D off: This is a full-time role that is 7 days on and 7 days off.

This position takes calls from 4:30 P. M until 8:00 A. M. each night as well as taking calls through the weekend. Some scheduled visits may also be assigned. Support patients and families in the time of their greatest need and respond to emergent needs on weekends, evenings and overnight.

Assist the caregivers and patients, provide meds available and offer teaching to ensure comfort for pain, breathlessness, dying/transitioning or support at the time of death with compassion, integrity, respect, and dignity in all our interactions.
