Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care
  • Provide direct skilled nursing care as ordered by physicians
  • Educate patients and caregivers on health needs and procedures
  • Communicate changes in patient condition to providers and care team
  • Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely
  • Participate in on‑call rotation as assigned
  • Ensure compliance with infection control and agency policies
  • Uphold agency policies and professional standards.

Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate, or bachelor nursing program
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) state license.
  • At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience; home health preferred
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Associate (Preferred)

  • RN License (Preferred)
  • CPR Certification (Preferred)
  • driver's license and auto insurance (Preferred)

Ability to Commute

  • Norman, OK (Preferred)

Willingness to travel

  • 75% (Preferred)

Work Environment

  • Care provided in patient homes under varying conditions.
  • Exposure to infectious diseases, blood, and bodily fluids possible.
  • Requires local travel and ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • May involve prolonged standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
