Where You’ll Work
- Orientation at Baytown HQ (length depends on experience, 3 week days minimal)
- Serve patients in your assigned area, with occasional nearby support
- Weekly case conferences via Zoom (paid time)
Compensation & Pay Highlights
- Hourly Rate: $50 hour
- Mileage Reimbursement: $0.625/mile (personal vehicle)
- Drive Time Pay: Applies between patient visits

What You’ll Do
- Deliver skilled nursing care to homebound patients per care plan
- Document visits using Nestmed AI Scribe and WellSky/Kinnser EMR
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
- Complete assessments, med reconciliations, wound care, and teaching
- Ensure quality, compliant, patient-centered care
What You’ll Need
- ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license in Texas
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Required: Home health experience (excluding private duty and hospice)
- Strongly preferred: Familiarity with Kinnser/WellSky
- Excellent clinical, time management, and documentation skills
