Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin
Schedule
Full-time, 72 hours per two weeks (0.9 FTE) Shift: 8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm with rotating days off No weekends, holidays, or on-call obligations!

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to join our Procedural Sedation and Vascular Surgery Clinic teams in a unique hybrid role. What You Will Do
Provide hands-on nursing care in both Procedural Sedation and Vascular Surgery Clinic settings
Assist with procedural sedation and in-office vascular procedures
Care for patients pre-op, intra-op, and post-op, including education and coordination of pre-procedure calls
Perform telephone triage, patient education, and coordinate patient care
Hands-on skills include
Administering sedation medications
Starting and maintaining vascular access
Point-of-care INR and glucose testing
Wound vacs and dressing changes
Collaborate with surgery and vascular clinicians in newly renovated spaces on the 3rd floor of the Heritage building.

What You Need
Minimum of Associate Degree in Nursing
RN licensure in Wisconsin upon hire
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
ACLS and Procedural Sedation training required after hire
Preferred
Previous sedation or procedural experience
1+ year of RN experience (new graduate nurses are not eligible)
Ability to thrive while working through change and help develop workflows for this evolving role
