About the Role
As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare facility, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention. You will work closely with the nursing team to develop and implement care plans, monitor patient progress, and communicate effectively with colleagues and families. Your exceptional leadership skills and clinical expertise will help drive our team to excellence and improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Oversees the daily operations of the nursing unit, including staffing, scheduling, and assigning tasks to team members
Develops and implements patient care plans in conjunction with the healthcare team
Monitors patient progress, identifies areas for improvement, and adjusts care plans as needed
Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce complications
Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
