Summary
The Regional Director of Clinical Services will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance for multiple healthcare facilities within Arizona and Texas. Responsibilities
Provide leadership and strategic direction for clinical services across multiple sites. Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Develop, implement, and monitor clinical programs to enhance quality of care and patient satisfaction. Conduct regular facility visits, assessments, and audits to identify areas for improvement and best practice implementation. Collaborate with facility leadership to optimize clinical staffing, training, and development. Analyze clinical data and metrics to identify trends and drive performance improvements. Serve as a resource and mentor for clinical leaders and staff within the region.
