We are a family-owned home health agency in San Antonio with over 30 years of experience, and we're looking for a PRN Registered Nurse who wants meaningful work, real flexibility, and the chance to make a difference in people's lives.
This is the kind of nursing that reminds you why you became a nurse in the first place.
In home health, you're not just walking into a room, completing a task, and moving on. You're helping patients — many of them elderly, recovering, or medically fragile — stay where they feel safest: their own home. You help them rebuild strength, confidence, and independence. You help families feel supported. You help people stay out of the hospital and get back to living their lives.
This role is ideal for an RN who values autonomy, strong patient relationships, and a schedule that actually flexes around your life.

We're looking for a nurse who is clinically strong, dependable, and takes pride in caring for people the right way.
