*Job description:*PRN Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) – GAPP/Home Health Modani Care – Macon, GAModani Care is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) team. This is a field-based PRN position providing one-on-one care and nursing oversight for medically fragile children in their homes. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who enjoy pediatric home care and want to help build a growing pediatric program.
While this position begins as PRN, additional visits and hours are expected as the program continues to expand throughout Central Georgia and surrounding areas. Nurses interested in growing with the program are strongly encouraged to apply. Position Type

Compensation
- RN Admissions, Annual Assessments, and Resumption of Care Visits: $85 per visit
- RN Supervisory Visits: $40 per visit
- Skilled Nursing Visits: $40 per hour
- Mileage reimbursement available in accordance with company policy
Service AreaPrimary coverage area is within approximately a 60-mile radius of our Macon office; however, travel to additional Georgia counties may occasionally be required. Responsibilities
- Complete admissions, annual assessments, resumption of care, and supervisory visits
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments
- Develop, review, and update plans of care
- Provide education and support to families and caregivers
- Supervise LPNs and caregivers in accordance with agency policy and state regulations
- Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation
- Maintain compliance with GAPP, Medicaid, and agency standards
- Report incidents, complaints, and significant changes in condition according to agency policy
Required Qualifications
- Current Georgia RN license in good standing
- Minimum two (2) years of nursing experience
- Current CPR certification
- Current TB screening/testing
- Valid Georgia driver's license
- Reliable transportation and active automobile insurance
- Ability and willingness to travel for home visits
Preferred Experience
- Pediatric nursing
- Home health or private duty nursing
- NICU, PICU, or pediatric acute care experience
- Experience caring for medically fragile children
- Trach/ventilator care
- G-tube/feeding tube management
- Seizure management
- Medication administration in the home setting
