CorsoCare Hospice - Registered Nurse Case Manager. Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8a-5p. Coverage Areas: Plymouth & Canton. The Registered Nurse (RN) provides nursing care to the terminally ill Hospice patient as needed. To aid and understanding to the family in the home care situation and in time of bereavement, and to work as a member of the Hospice team in providing Hospice care.
