Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years ER RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN to provide high-quality care in a dynamic, 48-treatment space emergency setting. The ideal candidate will provide expert support to patients during night shifts, ensuring a safe and efficient environment while collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals. This is a contract-based opportunity. Schedule/Hours Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts per week Key Qualifications Current and valid RN license Previous experience as an Emergency Room Nurse (ED/ER) Strong clinical assessment, triage, and intervention skills in emergency situations Ability to effectively care for 1:5 patient ratios in a high-volume ED Current BLS and ACLS certifications required TNCC or other ER-specific certifications preferred Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities Key Responsibilities Triage, assess, and treat patients presenting to the emergency department Monitor patient progress, document assessments, interventions, and outcomes clearly in EMR Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and ED protocols Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes Deliver prompt, compassionate care to diverse patient populations under pressure Maintain patient safety and adhere to established policies and procedures Why Consider This Role?
