Sioux Falls runs about 9% below the national cost-of-living average — real savings for an out-of-state RN. Falls Park's pink Sioux quartzite ledges and the rushing Big Sioux River anchor a downtown ringed by major hospital campuses, so your commute can trace a greenway trail rather than a clogged freeway.
