About Long Solutionz LLC

Long Solutionz LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) certified by the U. S. Department of Veterans Affairs, specializing in healthcare personnel solutions for federal medical facilities. We bridge the gap between exceptional clinical talent and the military and veteran healthcare systems that depend on them.

We are not a traditional staffing agency. We are a mission-driven federal contractor building a dedicated pipeline of nurses who understand military culture, veteran care, and the standards of federal medicine. When you join our network, you are not filling a shift—you are stepping into a career pathway that serves those who served.

The Opportunity

We are actively recruiting for anticipated federal healthcare staffing contracts at Military Treatment Facilities, VA Medical Centers, and federal health clinics across North Carolina and surrounding regions. These are contract-based placements with competitive federal wage rates, structured scheduling, and the potential for recurring, long-term assignment.

This is a pipeline position. We are collecting pre-qualified candidates now for placement cycles anticipated within 60–90 days. Candidates who join our network early will receive first consideration as active awards are finalized.

Positions Available

  • Registered Nurses (RN) — Medical-Surgical, ICU, Emergency, Operating Room, Psychiatric, Case Management, Ambulatory Care
  • Nurse Practitioners (NP) — Family Practice, Psychiatric-Mental Health, Adult-Gerontology, Acute Care
  • Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) — Clinic, Outpatient, Long-Term Care, Correctional Health, Rehabilitation

Compensation

  • LPN: Starting at 25.00/hour
  • RN: 35.00–55.00/hour depending on specialty and certification
  • NP: Up to 80.00/hour depending on scope and practice setting

Rates are determined by federal Service Contract Act (SCA) wage determinations, specialty demand, and facility location. Premium rates apply for ICU, ER, OR, Psychiatric, and NP-level placements.

Hours & Scheduling

  • Part-time: 24–32 hours/week
  • Full-time: 36–40 hours/week
  • Per diem and flex-pool opportunities available for candidates seeking maximum schedule control
  • Federal facility scheduling includes weekday, weekend, and holiday rotations as required by contract

Why Work With Us

  • Mission-Driven Placement: Every assignment supports active-duty service members, veterans, and military families at facilities like Womack Army Medical Center and VA Mid-Atlantic Health Care Network sites
  • Veteran-First Culture: Founded by a 100% service-disabled veteran. We prioritize veteran and military spouse candidates and understand the transition from military to civilian clinical practice
  • Competitive Federal Wages: No low-ball rates. We align with federal contract pricing and SCA standards
  • Schedule Flexibility: Part-time, full-time, and per diem options to accommodate military family life, Guard/Reserve obligations, or continued education
  • Credentialing Support: We guide you through the federal background check, health screening, and facility credentialing process—so you are not navigating it alone
  • Early Pipeline Advantage: Candidates who join our network now receive first notification and priority submission when active contracts are awarded

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted RN/NP/LPN license in North Carolina or a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
  • Current BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross (ACLS, PALS, NRP per specialty as required)

Worth asking

The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.

  • How does compensation work, including base pay and the productivity or RVU formula?
  • Are there differentials or other recurring incentives?
  • Does the employer cover CME, licensing, and DEA support?
  • What should I expect for holiday, call, and rotation?
