We are looking for additional members to our established practice. The FT role is for a family Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) of a well established primary care practice in the Oak Harbor area of Washington state. The candidate must be highly motivated to see geriatric patients and be well versed in telemedicine. This is a full time onsite position 40 hours a week with some on call rotation.. The FT position has the potential for full benefits (health insurance, dental, vision, professional liability insurance, etc.). *You Will* * Make clinical assessments with the support of organizations resources and decision making software. * Lead shared decision-making discussions via in office and/or our telemedicine platform using integrated video visits and chat-based communications. * Activate patient-centered treatment plans with the support of the organizations care team. *You Are* * A hardworking, detail-oriented individual with the ability to problem solve independently, reaching out for help / support on patient cases, as needed. * A caring, compassionate individual who enjoys helping others and providing a positive care experience. * Effective communication and have strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with patients and staff * *Minimum Qualifications* * APRN * Clinical experience in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine *Preferred Qualifications* * Previous experience in a private practice with a higher patient volume * Chronic Condition Management experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: negotiable Benefits: * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8-10 hour shift * Full time * Monday to Friday Ability to Commute: * Oak Harbor, WA (Required) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Relocation assistance Work Location: In person
