About this role
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. This role provides advanced care and physician support during the treatment of patients in our clinic, dialysis and hospital settings.
Key
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily hospital rounds on nephrology patients
- Collaborate with nephrologists and hospital teams to coordinate patient care
- Perform follow-ups and manage chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients
- Provide outpatient nephrology care in our clinic as needed
- Educate patients on kidney health, treatment plans, and disease management
*Requirements*
- Current certification as an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant).
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards.
- Nephrology experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
