Pay range for this position is $31.67 - $47.47/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an Hourly position.

Position summary

The Registered Nurse, Fertility Care Professional provides professional nursing care in Natural Family Planning responsibilities for physician practice patients following established standards of practices, the practices of the American Academy of FertilityCare Professionals and the Creighton Model. Ensures Creighton Model education is based on the principle of delivering age appropriate nursing care to the patients served. Serves as a community resource for education and awareness on Creighton Model FertilityCare.

Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing in appropriate state (Illinois or Michigan). Current American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS. Completes two phase (EPI and EPII) training along with supervised practicums after hire

BSN. The FCP independently establishes with Fertility Care Centers of America, following completion of the Education Phases (training) and passing final exam
