Description: Are you an RN who loves women’s health, thrives in a clinical setting, and knows that sometimes the best part of the job is simply making sure everything is looking—and sounding—good? We’re looking for a Clinical Support RN to join our OB/GYN team with a special focus on performing Nonstress Tests (NSTs). You’ll play an important role in monitoring fetal well-being, supporting our providers, and helping our patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their pregnancy journey. About the Role: This is a full-time opportunity working on-site at our Women’s Care clinic at 10 Coburg in Eugene, OR. The position has an expectation of 32hrs per week (Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri) and we are proud to offer an attractive benefits package. Our Clinical Support - RN recruiting pay range starts at $39.21 – $47.24. What will you do: Perform Nonstress Tests (NSTs) according to established clinical protocols. Monitor and document fetal heart rate, uterine activity, and patient responses. Recognize and appropriately escalate abnormal or concerning findings to the provider. Provide clear, compassionate education to patients about NSTs and what to expect. Assist providers and clinical staff with patient care and other clinical needs as appropriate. Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in the electronic medical record. Monitor patients during testing and respond appropriately to changes in maternal or fetal status. Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and clinical standards. Help keep the clinical workflow moving smoothly—because healthcare works best when everyone is rowing in the same direction. Be a calm, reassuring presence for patients who may be nervous, uncomfortable, or simply wondering, “Is my baby doing okay?” Requirements: What do you need to bring to the role: Experience: One year of OB/GYN experience preferred. Education: Current, valid RN Oregon state nursing license required. Professional license or certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA required. Competencies that matter to us: Business Effectiveness: Advanced knowledge and competence in all skills related to the performance of patient care. Personal Effectiveness: Strong personal work habits with a high level of accountability and self-management skills that enable desired outcomes. Easily able to adapt and maintain composure, effective at time priority and management, and able to respond to feedback constructively. Interpersonal Effectiveness: Strong communication skills, a teamwork mindset, and well-developed interpersonal capabilities that enable successful interactions with others. Engages well with the team/patients through respectful and inclusive conduct. About Women’s Care: Women’s Care was founded in 1988 and is Lane County’s oldest independent physician group specializing in women’s health. We have six clinic locations within Lane County and hold ourselves to the highest possible standard of care delivery through compassion, respect, and professionalism. Women’s Care takes care of all patients, from adolescence to menopause, and is one of the area’s strongest advocates for women’s health. Women’s Care is an equal opportunity employer.
