RN responsibilities include phone and in-person triage, administering medications and treatments, assisting physicians during examinations and testing, recording patient data in EMR (preferably eCW), collecting specimens, administering injections, and managing referrals and medication refills. The organization requires a minimum of one year of nursing experience in a clinic environment with OBGYN experience strongly preferred, along with a valid Florida RN license and BLS/CPR certification.
