Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager
WCS Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential settings. The RN will provide nursing oversight, coordinate healthcare services, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals served.
Locations: Somers, NY and Armonk, NY Pay Rate: $48 - $52 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule
Monday through Friday, Days
Available Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Complete health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Coordinate care with physicians, families, and residential staff.
Monitor health status and ensure accurate documentation.
Provide clinical guidance and training to support staff.
Maintain compliance with OPWDD and agency regulations.
Participate in on-call coverage as needed.
Qualifications
Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
New graduates encouraged to apply.
Experience with IDD/OPWDD populations preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
